Using a food processor, pulse oats into fine flour consistency.
Add milk, eggs, baking soda, bananas, vanilla extract and cinnamon into the finely quick oats and pulse until it combines and resembles a pancake consistency.
Transfer into a measuring cup with a spout for easy pouring .
Coat pan with cooking spray and add batter.
Flip when you see air bubbles and continue to cook on the other side.
Notes
Each pancake will take about a minute to cook.
