Sprinkles Birthday Cookies

- 1¼ cup flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cornstarch
- ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 egg, room temperature
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 ounces of Bakers white chocolate
- ¼ cup sprinkles
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt and cornstarch in one bowl.
- Mix butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients together.
- Fold in the sprinkles and chopped white chocolate.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-13 minutes.
This will make 9 large cookies. Freeze the cookie dough for at least 2 hours before baking. For best results, freeze overnight and bake the next day.
