Ingredients
  • 1⅓ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup keto sugar
  • 1 cup Lily's semi baking chips
  • 1 TBS coconut oil or avocado oil
  • Sprinkles or nuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix 1⅓ heavy cream and keto sugar.
  2. Pour into popsicle moldings.
  3. Freeze at least 4 hours. Preferable overnight.
  4. Microwave the semi chocolate chips with the coconut oil and mix.
  5. Dip frozen ice creams bars into the chocolate.
  6. Top with sprinkles or nuts. (optional)
Notes
If chocolate hardens while dipping ice cream bars, add a little more coconut or avocado oil to help loosen the chocolate.
