Easy Beef Fried Rice

Serves: 2 servings
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1½ TBS oyster sauce
- 3 TBS coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
- ½ tsp salt, divided
- 3 TBS cooking oil, divided
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 2 large eggs
- 2 spring green onions
- ⅛ tsp Black pepper
- Slice green onions and set aside.
- Mix eggs.
- Heat pain with 1 TBS of cooking oil and scramble eggs.
- Move cooked scramble eggs from pan into a bowl and set aside.
- Cook ground beef in a pan with ¼ tsp salt and move the fully cooked beef into a bowl and set aside.
- Add 2 TBS of cooking oil in a pan and heat up the rice.
- Mix rice until it loosens the clumps.
- Add in oyster sauce and coconut amino sauce into the rice.
- Mix the sauce and rice.
- Add in the cooked ground beef and mix into the pan.
- Add in the cooked scrambled eggs into the pan and mix.
- Add the remaining ¼ tsp of salt and taste if you need to add in more salt.
- Add in black pepper and mix.
- Add in the sliced green onions and serve.
