Sprinkles Birthday Cookies

I’ve been loving everything sprinkles and decided to come up with a Sprinkles Birthday Cookie recipe.  My recipe is super easy and delicious!  You can even make these cookies in advance and chill the cookie dough in the freezer until you are ready to bake.  In fact, they are best chilled overnight in the freezer and baked the next day.  If you need a Sprinkles Birthday Cookie recipe look no further, my recipe will meet all your expectations.

Ingredients
  • 1¼ cup flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces of Bakers white chocolate
  • ¼ cup sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Mix flour, baking soda, salt and cornstarch in one bowl.
  2. Mix butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  3. Combine dry and wet ingredients together.
  4. Fold in the sprinkles and chopped white chocolate.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-13 minutes.
Notes
This will make 9 large cookies. Freeze the cookie dough for at least 2 hours before baking. For best results, freeze overnight and bake the next day.
